About this assessment
Being tired and sleeping badly are not the same problem, and they rarely have the same cause. Some people sleep eight hours and wake unrefreshed; others sleep five and feel fine. What matters is the shape of the night, not just its length.
These questions ask about how long you take to drop off, how often you surface, what time you wake, and what your evenings and afternoons look like — then point at the pattern that best fits.
It is a structured way of noticing what you are already doing. It cannot diagnose a sleep disorder, and it is not a substitute for seeing a doctor if the problem is persistent.
